NekoPicky does not collect, store, or transmit any data. All photo analysis runs 100% on your device using Apple's built-in AI. No photos, no personal information, nothing ever leaves your iPhone.
Introduction
Nekosoftech built NekoPicky as a photo comparison tool that uses Apple's on-device AI. This page explains our data practices — in short: we don't collect any data at all.
On-Device Processing
NekoPicky uses Apple's built-in AI frameworks to analyze your photos:
-
All photo analysis runs entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device machine learning. No internet connection is needed.
-
Your photos are never uploaded to any server — not ours, not anyone else's.
-
Rankings, scores, and analysis results are generated on-device and stay on your device.
Data We Collect
None. NekoPicky does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data:
-
No photos are sent to any server.
-
No analytics, crash reports, or usage data are collected.
-
No advertising or tracking SDKs are integrated.
-
No accounts, email addresses, or personal information are requested.
Local Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted:
-
Your language preference (English or Vietnamese)
-
App settings and preferences
-
Saved analysis results in your NekoPicky album
Device Permissions
NekoPicky requests only one permission:
-
Photo Library Access — To select photos for comparison and save ranked results to your NekoPicky album.
The app does not access camera, microphone, location, contacts, or network for its core features.
In-App Purchases
NekoPicky offers optional Pro plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime). All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We have no access to your payment information. Purchase receipts are managed by RevenueCat using anonymous identifiers only — no personal data is involved.
Children's Privacy
NekoPicky does not collect any data from anyone, including children. The app is safe for all ages.
