By downloading or using NekoPicky ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

NekoPicky is a photo comparison tool that uses on-device AI (Apple Vision framework) to analyze and rank your photos. All processing happens locally on your iPhone. No data is transmitted to external servers.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

NekoPicky offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features ("NekoPicky Pro"):

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nekosoftech does not have the ability to process refunds directly.

NekoPicky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated scores and critiques are for entertainment and reference only. Nekosoftech is not liable for any decisions made based on the App's output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nekosoftech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
